I just wanted to drop a note of thanks to the Service Department for the outstanding service that they provided today on my 2007 Dyna Wide Glide. Everybody treated me with respect and professionalism. My wife and I have been in this store countless times and are always greeted by a very friendly staff. Joan in Motor clothes always remembers us by name and all of the sales people are very polite to talk to. Even though this was our first experience with the Service Department I am convinced that I will not take my bike any where else. Just keep doing what your are doing and your store will always be my favorite.

My wife and i were looking for a Bike for her to ride. She had grown tired of just being a passenger and decided it was time for her to get her own. We went to a few other dealerships and did not feel welcome or even paid attention to by the sales team. When we arrived at Chandler Harley Davidson we were honestly not expecting much in the way of service. We had no sooner walked up when we were greeted by a gentleman named Sean who showed us around the inventory which was quite impressive helping us narrow down a bike that was suitable for my wife to handle. She finally decided on a beautiful Heritage Softail. Sean guided us thru the financing and everything else we could imagine. Every question we could think of was answered and even questions we had not thought up yet were quickly answered as well. I had recently purchased a bike from another dealership which i liked but by the end of the transaction i was very envious of my wife. The level of customer service from the Sean and Craig was out of this world. They even worked with her on getting her fit for the bike by adding a lowering kit and adjusting the handlebars to make sure she had a great ride. Before we had went back to the dealership to pick up her new beauty i had told my wife i was very envious of her and wished i had used that dealership when i had purchased my Harley. We got a great bike at an awesome price. When it is time to retire my Electra Glide Limited i will definitely be going to Chandler Harley to make my next purchase. I am on a Road Trip from Oregon to Phoenix and return to visit family. When I made it to Phoenix, the bike was at the 5,000 mile mark since the last service. I swung by Chandler Harley Davidson to see if my bike could be fit in for a 20K service. Up where I come from, I am looking at 3 wks out. The service staff at Chandler got me in the same day----what a great experience and relief for my return trip home--- The staff throughout the whole store were friendly and professional---not sure if I will be back this way, but I wanted to send a Huge Thank You to Chandler Harley and especially the service department---They Rock By: George Jeffery |

Buying my new motorcycle at Chandler H-D was probably the best exreriance I have had when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. Phil L. was my salesman, and Dan was the finance manager. They were both very professional and willing to make sure the purchase went very smooth. Not once did I feel pressured like other dealerships. We have considered purchasing bikes for quite some time. We decided to visit Chandler Harley on a Sunday afternoon when we met Scott and Shawn. They took their time with us, walked us all over the store - rolled bikes in to the sun, gave us advice and seemed to really care about our purchase decision. We slept on the idea and you know we didn't "sleep"! We were very excited. When we returned, Shayne was there to help us (Scott was hunting). We were treated incredible! Carl in financing was quite helpful too, going over our options as cash payers. We toured service and revisited bike options. We both bought 2006 Harley's! We matched our bikes and had Screaming Eagle pipes put on them - service department, delivery - they were all incredible. Our merchandise purchases started out with Sue for our Leather coats the first day and ended with Katie for EVERYTHING else the second and third day. What great gals! We had a ball buying - though it can be stressful - they made it fun, informative and quite the "ride"!! Our bikes are incredible. The machinery - safety - sound - ride - feel - you name it! Fantastic!!! And, just wait until yours are parked under the bell and you ring it - welcoming you in to the Harley family! We highly recommend you purchase at Chandler Harley! In my field of work the term 'customer service' is discussed constantly and practiced as much as possible. Because of this it is easy to appreciate good customer service when it occurs because unfortunately it does not happen that often. The staff at Chandler HD has some of the best customer service that I encounter, and on a regular basis. It started last summer when I met Craig on the sales floor one day and after several visits following the first, he was able to assist me in buying my first HD. He was very professional and knowledgable and made me very comfortable by being so patient and friendly to me. I always recommend friends to your dealership and to seek him out! Over the past year, I have worked with the service department many times(never for problems with my Road King!) for upgrades and different mileage services. Although I've encountered many great people in back, I always seem to deal with Aaron S. in some way and he is always courteous and professional, even at times when it may not be that easy. No matter if I ask him stupid questions or bring my bike in at closing time, he always treats me with high regard. He is a perfect example of a professional and just another reason why I love coming back to your dealership! Thank you for the hard work and the 'service with a smile', it definitely makes a difference!

And it didn't stop there - every visit since has been a pleasure and I always feel like everybody there cares about my satisfaction as a customer. Wow! This is our 4th bike we purchased with CHD. We came in on Friday to just pick up my heat shield and ended up getting a beautiful 05 Sportster for our daughter. Saturday, it was delivered. I just bought my 3rd bike since October 2005. The 1st bike was a sporty, which I traded in for an Electric Glide Standard. Now thanks to a careless driver I had the opportunity to purchase an Ultra Classic. I worked with Rich Gomez to purchase my last two bikes. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone that is looking for a bike. Rich went out of his way Saturday to help me get into the Ultra. I had to have the rental car back by two in the afternoon so Rich followed me to Williams Gateway Airport to drop of the rental. He then took me to my house in Johnson Ranch (Queen Creek) so that I could get my insurance card for my motorcycle so we could finish uup the financing. Not only did Rich go the extra mile, the service department did too. I wanted the Black Pearl and the only one they had was still in the crate. They went right to work putting the bike together for me. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the motorclothes department. The staff is really great and helpful not to mention good looking! When I walk into the dealer it seems like Iam part of the family. There is always someone there that calls me by name. Being in customer service, I can tell you that goes a long way. Now the only thing they need to do is hook me up with a good looking lady to ride on the back of my bike! Keep up the good work Chandler Harley-Davidson and give Rich a raise!

On my birthday in 06 I acquired a sudden urge even my girlfriend couldn't handle. I had to get a new Harley Road King. The folks at Chandler H-D were professional and friendly. From the front door of Chandler Harley - D, my lady and I went all the way to San Diego ( Not at a constant speed. Per the break-in instructions.) just to break it in. My advice/recommendation. Don't let a lot of good road time pass you by. Come on down here to Chandler Harley-Davidson. Get out there on the blacktop and crank on some serious Harley thumps.

After a rough start(partly my fought), what a great experience! These folks are amazing and the atmosphere at the dealership is better than any I have visited. I took my Road King in for service and my bike was nasty as I ride everyday. When it came out of service, it looked as good as it did the day I bought it. I will not go to another dealership as long as I am in AZ. Everyone is friendly and professional and open to any and all questions. I recently picked up an 2002 fuel injected Road King. The bike had Thundercones, a K&N and the HD Stage 1 download installed. The previous owner had service done at another valley HD dealer. The bike didnt run good. Wonder why the other HD dealer didnt pick up on that. You could tell as soon as the bike fired up. Was popping and backfiring. I called the "other" HD dealer and explained the issue. I was told that the bike had something wrong with it and I needed to bring it in. Not convinced. I then did some research online and found that the bike was most likely running lean as the symptoms indicated. I found a fuel processor that would work to richin the fuel at the injectors. The Cobra Fi2000. I did consider the HD Race Tuuner and the Power Commnader. Really didnt need those..Called back the other dealer and asked for the Cobra item. They didnt have it. I asked if they could order it. They said no, its not in the catalog. Alright then! I then called Chandler HD. Asked for the Cobra item. You guys had it. I asked for a price. Got a price and then asked if that was the best price. It wasnt. Parts took 10% off. Got in the van and headed over. The install was simple as described by your people. Mike was a big help. I had a tuning issue which your people cleared up over the phone. My issue solved in a few hours by Chandler Harley-Davidson!! Thanks a million! The other dealer lost my trust due to poor customer service and lack of knowledge about their products.

We are full-time RVers. Spending the winter south of Casa Grande. Didn't buy a motorcycle here. Came up for new mirrors for the wife's Harley, December 2006. The old ones rusted in Texas, Rio Grande Valley. February 2007, found a nail in the rear tire of the wife's Harley. Interesting no appointment time was made was just told to show up. But was told they would have the work done that day and it was. Also had new rear brakes installed. Very nice dealership with friendly employees.

I've just recently become obssessed with Harley, having found that it's an addicting passion. My best friend has his own Harley (A 1997 Heritage Softail Classic) that I'm hoping to inherit, and so fell in love with the tradition of Harley. I moved to Arizona about two years ago, and in the first week I started shopping at Chandler H-D. Now I'm on a first name basis with most of the staff, and they even call me "shop girl". It's a friendly and fun enviornment, refreshing. I love going into that store, and do so often. Good job, guys!

Pete is the best. He took the time to walk me through all the of different bikes from the 883 to the Road Glide - Can't get carried away. He spent quite some time explaining all the different models so I was fully prepared to make an informed descision. I left and visited other dealers in the valley but the time Pete spent with me and my family that first visit made me come back. My wife and I have bought three ultra classics in three years,all of them across the country as we live in New Hampshire.Our first bike was bought in Oregon.We and three other couples flew to Oregon and bought four ultra's, we had so much fun riding home it should have been illegal,we called this the coast to coast tour. Last year my buddy put a bunch of stamps on his bike and mailed it to Phoenix. My wife and I bought our second ultra at Chandler HD.We rode to Mexico,then up the Continental Divide to Glacier Park.From there we rode east crossing the Canadian border, attending HOG rallies in Minnasota and having way too much fun,we called this ride the Three Country Tour. This year my wife and I bought our third ultra (in case you didn't know we have two children,and we are best friends so they need to ride)in Texas.We attended the nascar race in Texas.From there we headed west to Phoenix for the Nascar race there the following week.We rode up to Chandler HD and we walked in like we were the king and Queen of Phoenix and asked for a thousand mile service.They told us that they would squeeze us in first thing in the morning(it was three PM) We went to the rental desk to find the salesman who sold us our bike the previous year. We explained to the rental man that we grew up in the sixties and we couldn't remember his name he gave us a bunch of salesmen's names finally coming up with Craig.We decided he was the one that had treated us like Kings and Queens the previous year. At about this time Craig was walking thru the front door with a bunch of sodas in cups I asked if he had bought enough for all of us.He replied that can only be one person and recgonized me by my voice.We told him about last years three country tour and all the fun we had. In closing we would like to thank the service dept for squeezing us in.We would like to thank Jimmy in service for talking english(he is from Mass.)and teaching us about Bullfrog.Craig for treating us so well two years in a row.The little lady in the clothing dept who helped my wife lug all the stuff we had to stuff into two saddle bags and a tour pack( I am still continplating adopting you). I was only in Chandler H-D to get my Road King a check-up. A couple of hours later I rolled out of there on a 2007 Ultra Classic Electra Glide. I have to say when we first bought our Bike I was a little upset with the time it took however Matt, Robyn, John, Jim and of Course Sean P has definitely changed any or all dissatisfaction we had. The help we have gotten from Robyn, Sean and John S has more then made up for any delays in our visit. We have to say we were unsure as to whether we wanted to take the time to do the new customer party or not however my wife suggested we try it, so I changed my flt from Denver and came home early as to attend the party and I have to say, Everyone and I do mean everyone made us feel like family and not just a customer number. I usually do not do survey’s but this is one I feel I had to do to set things right. Matt could not have been more concerned about our thought’s John and Robyn have gone far beyond what is necessary to help us with anything we need or want and of course Sean, Both of us are happy to have worked with him on the purchase of our new Motorcycle. Even though the sale is done every time we stop by the store Sean is still the first to great us. I have been in sales for almost 30 years and if I were to change careers this is where I would most definitely want to make the change to. Too sum it up we will most definitely be buying more stuff from here and we will absolutely be sending family and friends to do the same. I bought a new 2007 Softail Deluxe in July of this year. From the time I walked through the door, and was first approached by Don Abunis I felt right at home. Don seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the correct bike for my style and needs. Most importantly I would like to thank John Stapleton for all the help I received on customizing my bike. He has helped me with lots of chrome upgrades, a stage 2 103CU big bore kit, pipes and many other items. He is always very excited to help, and seems to have a passion for his line of work. I purchased my new Fat Boy 2 months ago, and boy, were they right when they said, "the bike is just a downpayment for the accessories..."!!! There are two dealerships closer to our house, but CHD is my second home. My husband sent his surveys back he got in the mail but I'd like to take a minute and thank everyone at your dealership. When my husband was out for a Harley I thought it was just the name thing honestly..maybe so but I do know that not too many other companies of any name of any product have taken such good care of us or made us feel as good as ALL the people we dealt with at your dealership . I wish I had remembered all their names to get them the individual recognition they really deserve ..but I don't remember the names ..Dominic was our sales person...the guy that did our financing and took care of a problem with a mark on Dave's tank emblem, the fun guys in parts, some great girls in motor clothes . When we come back in we're greeted as fondly as when we came to buy and are even remembered..didn't happen with the last motorcycle we bought..or anything else I can remember . There may be "red tape" or things you have to do when taken care of adjustments or corrections but we've never seen them..everything has just been "yes that's possible and taken care of " . I also own my own business with Mary Kay Cosmetics and pride myself on great customer service for my own clients... and honestly was really surprised to see so much of the same from Harley . You guys are fantastic! Everything has been just a really enjoyable and fun experience .. this day in age it seems alot of companies and especially in Arizona don't care if your a repeat customer or if they loose your business.. and that is not at all the feeling we got shopping with you. I won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone I know that may be interested in a motorcycle . I don't know that I will ever ride my own unless Harley starts making little little motorcycles and maybe some pink..but if I ever do it will be a Harley and I certainly enjoy riding on the back of my husband's .Could you maybe ask Harley if they might consider making some cars ? That was just too easy and fun! Women would REALLY appreciate the Harley approach ..go SHOP for t-shirts and we'll do your paperwork!!!! Like how awesome is that !!!! You might mention maybe they can make some some cool riding goggles a little more "girly" maybe in brown instead of black with some bling? An Arizona native, I have purchased over 20 new bikes of all makes and models since 1969. January 2008 was my first experience with a new Harley. I was eyeing a 2008 XL1200C with orange and black color scheme and fell in love right away. That is when I met with Mike McCulloch (Sales). Mike answered all my questions; it was obvious he knew Harleys. Mike’s mellow attitude and low pressure diplomacy sold the bike. The sale was easy and felt like I made friends at Chandler Harley. Once the bike was delivered, I was surprised on my next visit to the dealership; Mike met me at the door and wanted to know how the bike was running. Wow, after the sale, a sales man still interested in me and the bike. This is not true of other bikes I have purchased as once the bike is sold; most bike dealers treat you like a stranger. This was not the case at Chandler Harley. The employees are friendly; know you on a first name bases and just enjoy talking about bikes and riding. I highly suggest asking for Mike on your next visit to Chandler Harley. He is a great person; very knowledgeable and friendly. He even came in on his day off to ensure the bike was ready for pickup! Well, the journey did not stop there as was time for modifications. I had the pleasure to meet up with Jeff Sime in part/accessories. Jeff spent a lot of time with me to ensure all modifications would work and even would bring a part out to bike to ensure it would fit. We spent many hours getting everything just right and must say the support of Chandler Harley is outstanding indeed. I will continue to have all my work done a Chandler Harley. Great sales, great support, nice people and a hell of a store. I started out sad but now I am glad! I had to put Chief (my 03 FLHRSE) down and get a new pony out of the coral. No I didn't lay Chief down, I just had to shoot him to get him out of his misery. For over 10 years my wife and I have done long distance tours; we live in Alaska. We typically average 15000 miles a year on these tours. Needless to say we visit a lot of dealerships throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Here is my experience with Chandler Harley Davidson Dealership; I'll try to keep it brief. We were on our Las Vegas to Phoenix segment of our trip, en route to New Mexico on March 10th. Inbound to Chandler Arizona where we planned on spending the night, I heard a noise in my primary which I recognized as a loose compensator sprocket. The next morning we went to the dealership. I walked in to service met Matt Brown and told him my situation. Believe it or not, he had my bike on the rack within 15 minutes of when I walked in the door! I climbed on the back of my wife's Electra Glide (I hate riding on the back) and went for breakfast. Matt called me while I was having breakfast to give me the bad news. I had spline damage to my crankshaft and would require an overhaul. We immediately went back to the dealership where I did my own inspection, sure enough it was bad. While service was developing me a quote for an engine overhaul and an upgrade to a six-speed transmission, I went out to sales and met Mike Montgomery. I told him my situation and I might be interested in a new bike if I could get the right deal. I had a lot of issues to deal with i.e. out-of-state, parts, trade-in and a lot of technical questions. He was honest when he didn't know the answer to some of my questions and within an hour he had assembled a team to work with me. At one point I had Doug the Sales Manager, J.T. from Parts, Shaune and Matt from Service and Carl from Finance all working with me at the same time. Absolutely incredible what this team did, and I'm not an easy person to please, lets just say I'm very detail oriented. I have demands of a Harley few bikers require; my parts order consisted of over three pages. We started doing the buildup on parts by 10:00 a.m. The dealership closes at 7:00 p.m. Carl and Doug stayed till 8:30 p.m. that night while we completed all the financial requirements for the bike so it could go into the shop for the engine buildup the following morning. They said is would be ready to pick up at 7:00 p.m. the following night. The bike was ready to pick up at 6:00 p.m. (1 hour earlier than promised). Matt a HD VROD Racing Team mechanic did the 103 in. engine build. He did a very nice job. My wife and I made a quick run to New Mexico and back. I brought the bike back less than 48 hours later with a little over 925 miles on it for it's Dyno work. The engine was flawless; to my disbelief (I had to check it twice) my first tank of fuel during break-in was 44 mpg, amazing! Now I have to buy a six-speed for "Scarlet" (my wife's FLHTCSE) because I have a gallon more range than she has! She ran into reserve twice on that 2-day excursion. Forty knot winds in New Mexico with blowing sandstorms down to one-mile visibility didn't help either! I guess you can bet who's going to do the work...Chandler Harley Davidson! I have been in contact with the dealership several times since we returned to Alaska. They have been able to assist me in every aspect. The staff at Chandler Harley Davidson has far exceeded my expectations! I'm still about a week away from final delivery due to waiting on parts arriving. The communications from the dealership has been superb. The title department even assisted me with my Alaska title paperwork, that's just unheard of. Bottom line, the staff at Chandler Harley Davidson is highly trained and has the needs of the customer at the top of their list! I feel confident in recommending them for any of your Harley needs. After working with this dealership I would rank them as one of the best in the nation (and I've been in every state and all the providences in Canada on a Harley). I have no doubt your experience will be as good as mine. They even threw in two t-shirts to boot! The purchasing process was extremely painless and fun. I never felt pressured or out of control. This is just a follow-up I purchased my first Bike (4th Harley) from Chandler Harley in July of 07 we then went back and purchased my Wife a new Bike in December 07, we then went back in January 08 and my son purchased his bike and then one month later we took a friend to Chandler Harley to make a purchase of his Bike. Now that we have had service over this last year along with countless $$$$ of accessories and cloths I truly have to say everyone from the store manager (Matt) to the Salesman (Sean) to the Sales manager (Doug) to the Parts manager (Robert) to Cloths (Robyn) to Service (Mike) and of course we can’t leave Riders Edge out (Mitch) the whole family at Chandler Harley are very helpful and have truly become friends. They do not and will not sell you something that is not necessary, something you don’t need or something that just doesn’t feel right. I travel from the Midwest to the Pacific Coast for business and must say the reception you get at Chandler Harley is unlike any Harley store I have been in and I have now been in roughly 28 different dealerships. Regardless if we are going in to buy something or just stopping by for a visit we are always greeted professionally and friendly. Everyone always has time to visit and to see how everything is for you and your family and they all make you feel like family. I was not asked to write this, but I wanted everyone to know the relationship DOES NOT stop after the sale, that’s what, makes friends and not a good dealer but a GREAT dealer. Just wanted to say that Chandler Harley has a great group of employee's working there. I've been looking for a Harley for some time now, and have been to many dealers. I can't tell you how many times I've walked out of some of these places being discouraged from buying there. This is mainly because of the sale personnel's attitude. It kind of goes like this, "if you don't want to buy today, we don't want to talk to you". That kind of customer service really ticks me off. Needless to say I never felt like that going into Chandler. On my first visit I talked to Tim, who was very informative, enjoyable to talk to, never made me feel unimportant, or that he had other customers that he needed to attend to. Every time I visited after that, he took the time to say high, talk for a bit, and never gave me a pressure sales pitch. GREAT GUY. The day came when I was serious about buying. I walked into Chandler again, and of course I was looking for Tim. Sean approached me and asked if he could help me. Not knowing him I hesitated, then Ken walked up and said Hi. After we all talked a while Tim said that Sean would take good care of me, and that he did. The rest was history. Sean was super, and lived up to my expectations of what Chandler Harley's sales personnel are all about. To make a long story a little shorter, he never pressured me, he answered all my questions, and made me feel like I was going to become part of a new family. That's what sales is all about. I then picked out my FXSTC and bought it. I don't want to leave out the others, like Kelly informing me about all the options, Jeff taking care of the business end of the purchase, and all the other sales people whose names I can't remember. Sorry about that. They all were great, and a pleasure to do business with. And then there was Joan in the motorclothes section. My wife had nothing but great things to say about her (by the way, some day my wife will probably match the price of my bike with her clothes purchases). Donna said Joan really new her stuff, and was very informative about everything from casual clothes to all the safety wear. My wife is very stylish and picky, so for Joan to make that kind of impression, she's got to be good. I've had the bike for three days now and have ridden the heck out of it. I was in Tempe attending a class for business and stopped by the shop just to look. I spoke with a man named Kelly (I think that was his name) at the door and we talked for about 10 minutes. I told him I was looking to buy a store t-shirt to add to my collection. To my surprise, before I could get back to t-shirts a lady name Joan walked up and introduced herself, told me that she heard I was from out of town and could she help me find anything. Back in November 2007, my wife and I were discussing gas prices. As we look back gas has over doubled. My wife being a numbers person, sent me on a mission for prices of different bike manufactures. I told her what my research revealed and found that the cost of a Harley was about the same as others with one consession. The overall suprise was by purchasing a Harley, the Harley would retain most of the value compared to others and for what we were paying for gas in our trucks, we would save money purchasing Harleys. In mid November 2007, we purchased a used 1200 Sporster XLC, with very low milage and a new 883 Sporster XLC. The sales staff, Scott, (now a servicewriter), and Mark were fantastic. Even the finance Manger, (Jeff), took care of our needs. Everything work out and we actually started saving money. The Parts and Apparel staff members, Jeff Sims, (Parts), Sara and Joan, (Apparel), are outstanding. Evertime we stop by we always look forward to seeing everyone and have to say, "Hi." We have asked a number of questions and feel as that we have receives sound advice. Our experience at Chandler Harley-Davidson has been outstanding. The customer service is exceptional. It started with Craig Keating when my wife, Cathy, phoned from Tucson inquiring about the availabilty of an XR1200. The next day I went for a motorcycle ride to Chandler to take a look. I met Craig who showed me the XR and answered all my questions regarding the ergonomics, exhaust and everything else to my satisfaction. The next day we drove up and purchased the XR1200. We had the same great customer service from Mason in Financing. I have also had a great experience with the parts department, service department and Tiffany in accessories. When I had a minor warranty problem and first met Scott Heffington, he took care of it right away and set me up with Mitch for a rental since it required leaving the bike. My second encounter with Scott was at the First Annual Harley-Davidson/Buell Brackett Challenge at Firebird raceway on 3/21/09. I participated in the racing with Scott and Matt(Scott beat me second round by .0035). Now that I know there are people in the service department that are involed in racing it gives me more confidence in the level of workmanship available. Thanks to everyone at Chandler H-D for making my purchase a fun event.

We had a great experience with Chandler Harley. We came in on a weekend to just browse and get a feel for the dealership and the people, and I must say that we were pleased with the way that we were treated as soon as we walked through the front door. We worked with Chris and Sean Potter in sales, both of whom were very friendly, informative, and helpful with any questions and they had all the answers that we needed. We also worked with Joan in accessories, and with Jeff in fanancing, and once again, they gave us service with a smile, and were very helpful to us in our purchase. We love our Sporster Iron!! Well what can I say that hasn't already been said, I stopped in to buy a Buell or XR-1200, these guys are the best in the valley, I have been to other HD dealers and will never go back, Not only did Chandler HD change my experience of being ignored completely by other HD dealerships, they provided the best buying experience I have received at any motorcycle dealer in the valley , I wouldn't consider myself a Harley guy but it seems I may have to convert. I have purchased both of my Bikes at Chandler Harley and have been a loyal customer from day one. My first bike was a "07" Duece and the second was an "08" Street Glide. These guys will make it happen. I am also a fan of the "Motor Clothes Ladies" I've said it before they ROCK ! I have had some issues with goggles and some pants and they went "Above and Beyond" to resolve the problems. Robin runs a tight ship but takes care of her customers. I would tell everyone to purchase your Motor Clothers at Chandler Harley Davidson because they treat you right. You are now part of their "Family" !

Came down from Canada to do a little winter riding in the Arizona sunshine. Well when I got here I had a oil leak and I brought it over to your shop for your service department to take a look at it. Aaron came over to introduced himself, asked what the problem was. I showed him where it was leaking and he told me to get into the shop so they could get a closer look. He kept me up to date on the progress and when it was done. Not only was everyone involved friendly and courtious but they got me in and out with no problems. We do not get service like this at our Harley shops up North.They use their dealerships as a liecence to print money. Thanks again Aaron, and if I ever have any issues I will come back because of the service.

I took the riders edge class there to learn how to ride and get my license. I go there regularly to browse and learn more about Harleys. I have to say this about Robert Owens and his customer service skills. I approached Robert and gave him an impossible task of find a buckle for my saddle bags. Harley Davidson Corporate had sent me the wrong one and them told me go buy $700.00 worth of new bags. Needless to say I was pissed. I approached Robert Owens with my bad attitude and he simply said let me try to help you. He went above and beyond to find me the obsolete buckle. he never wavered and did not get discouraged. I have never met a better sales - customer service rep in my entire life. He not only changed my bad attitude towards Harley he inspired me to by a Harley after being a diehard customer chopper fan. Hats off to you Robert keep up the good work.

Before my family and I moved from Brooklyn, NY I came down to check out Chandler HD between breaks from researching homes in the area. Shawn Potter greeted me and we talked for a bit. He was very positive about what my decision was regarding my future purchase. I never thought I would consider a Road Glide and I'm glad I did. Before I left the dealer I told Shawn as soon as I move to Phoenix I will come see him to make the purchase. I'm sure they have tons of people come in and say the same thing but I had a good feeling about this dealer and I was certain that I wanted that Road Glide. So, within 2 weeks of us moving I called the dealer asked for Shawn and incredible they had the same exact Road Glide I wanted. Shawn then started the process while I got there with the check and he also made the entire process very comfortable. I also met Joe (from Brooklyn) at rentals and spoke to him for awhile. Joe is true Brooklynite and knows how to treat people right. He is a very truthful person and will lay it out as it is. He put some sense into me when considering my move to Phoenix. He reminded me of my uncle when I moved to New York for the first time. I want to also thank Jason and Clayton at the service department for assisting me with fixing up my FXSTB and Robert and Kelly for getting some parts for me. So far I highly recommend this dealer they provide good service and the size is just right not too big but small enough to make you feel comfortable

I bought my first 2010 Harley FLHX from Chandler Harley Davidson. I was referred to this dealership by a friend of mine who has bought three Harley's from here. My saleman was Sean Potter. Couldn't ask for anyone nicer and more helpful. He there from the beginning to find the right bike and look. The finance department was nice also and worked with me to get the payment to the amount that was right for me. They also worked with me in my trade in of my old bike. Kelly Murphy in Part is a great person to work with and has an excellent knowledge of parts. He tells it straight and won't sell you anything you don't need. Haven't had my bike in for the 1000 mile service yet, but it is close. No complaints and I will be referring people to Chandler Harley.

With the other Harley Davidson dealerships in the valley, my visit to Chandler Harley recently proved to be a visit to top them all. Jack Stoner in the Service department was great with the help and services with professional approach and manners. The service work was done just as it was described, and Jack mentioned a few things that needed attention on my bike that i was not aware of that could of lead to other problems. Justin Taylor also was helpful in that I was looking to purchase a motorcycle seat on Craigs List. Justin looked up the ad and informed me that the seat advertised that would fit my model of motorcycle, in fact would not fit my bike. My wife and I visited your store in October and while my wife shopped in the motor clothes I had the opportunity to meet Sean Potter and have a very nice conversation on different bikes. So while we were out in Phoenix for Thanksgiving vacation we decided to return to the store to shop again. On this trip we met Joan in motor clothes. My wife was looking for a certain jacket and the store did not have it in stock, so Joan went out of her way and located the item and said we would have in a couple of days. The great sales and motor clothes departments are will bring me back to any service work I may need when in the area. Thanks again to Sean and Joan keep up the good work!
